I have found this to be a great source of calcium that is fortefied with vitamin D that is essential to absorbtion. This is an economical price considering the quality of what you get and the quantity also.

I love these. I use them for my calcium supplement; but i found out that i don’t have
heartburn any more. I take about 4 through out the day, not all at once.

While this chewable has a good flavor (similar to a fruit tums but a little tasier) – I am giving it only one star because of its low Magnesium Content. Most doctors (at least the competent ones) recommend taking 1/2 to 2/3s the amount of Magnesium in miligrams with Calcium. This one has only 40 mgs of Magnesium (it should have 300-400 mgs). The Calcuim does not get abosobed without adequate Magnesium. I learned this after I purchased – so if you take this – take some additional Magnesium. The Vitamin D, Zinc, and Copper are good – but the critical one – Magnesium is not sufficient with this dosage of Calcium.
