POLYUNSATURATED FATS are not the Best oil, comparatively speaking. They are UNSATURATED becuz they have no HYDROGEN ATOMS (a form of Energy). Whereas SATURATED is indeed SATURATED with Hydrogen–thus, producing more ENERGY! So the good Doctor is a little bit off in his research. Additionally, you want to keep NUT eating to a minimum. They are more MEDICINE than FOOD anyway.

SATURATED FAT is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL to CELL MEMBRANE structure. This guy needs to get educated IRT Fatty Acids and their critical importance.

The guy has some points correct and a bunch wrong. Why bother bring up the inuits who pounded down saturated fat and then condemn it? Inuits didn’t have nuts, the plains indians didn’t have nuts. They had meat and plenty of it. They lived fine with the excess of polyunsaturated oil, and fish alone would cause ‘rabbit starvation’ as there would not be enough fat.

I have his excellent book; informative and easy to understand.

If you’re going to take a vitamin D supplement, make
sure you buy the D3 form and NOT the D2 form as D2
is not nearly as effective. Also, a softgel has been found
to work much better than a dry capsule.
