Centrum is a manufactured multivitamin that is extremely compacted and doesn’t absorb as quickly as natural multivitamins.
flintstones vitamins are delicious and mild. Try it.
multivitamins make me nasusius too.
prenatal vitamins are also wonderful, they have tons of good stuffs!
I started using vitamin e oil, but its really sticky and disgusting, not like yours. I put it at night. And I get sick with centrum too.

@cupcaaakeLOVE do you eat before taking the vitamin? I felt sick after taking vitamins too. Then I started to eat a handful of trial mix before taking it in the morning and that sickness feeling was gone.
you should try a multi vitamin called vemma it taste good and it makes u feel great
