How safe is it to take Flinstone Vitamins to substitute prenatal vitamins?
I got several different samples of prenatal vitamins from my doctor but they all make me really sick to my stomach, I read online that a lot of women are taking Flinstone Vitamins with Iron. Is this a suitable substitute?

Yep!
I use to take them with all 3 of my kids
i have heard of ppl doin it bcuz their prenatal vitamins were too much for them to stomach and their baby turned out just fine.its better than not taking anything
Thats what I used too! My doc said it was okay!
From what I’ve read it is okay. Alot of women take additional folic acid with it to further help out their baby.
that is what my doctor told me to take.
I’ve heard that a lot of women do this, and are even reccomended to do this by their doctors. The only thing is you should take twice the normal dosage, because dosage is measured for children. A friend told me she took one in the morning and one at night. She, too, couldn’t stomach the prenatal vitamins. They made her extremely sick.
I hope this helps! Good luck!
