You can learn a lot more about Vitamin A by reading the Vitamin A Saga at the Weston A Price website.

@honeyboo44 You can take buy vitamins from places like walmart and target, but it’s best to buy from reliable supplier. Vitamin Shoppe is a good local place to go with good prices, but the best thing to do is search reviews online for the highest quality vitamins, which will come at a higher price. When buying vitamins the most important thing to consider is the source from where they come from. I suggest do your research! Knowledge is power! Be well! (sorry for the late response!)
@KiKiTheTechie Thanks for watching! I just looked up Accutane and it seems to be a prescription artificial drug version of Vitamin A. It seems to do a lot of unnecessary damage to the rest of your body. Real Vitamins do not do this. I suggest taking the real deal, Vitamin A sups, or Beta Carotene sups. As for V-C, it actually works WITH Vitamin A, so feel free to take them both together. I wish you well! Sorry for the late response!
@a19878 Absolutely! You both will benefit from supplementing from Vitamin A! You can purchase the straight Vitamin A supplements or you can buy Beta Carotene which is converted into Vitamin A naturally by your body. You’ll both notice a big difference if you consistently take it every day. All the best to both of you!
woh. I´m Glad I found You… I learned a LOT. already subscribed :)
It´s good to found this kind of videos. I have a question, both me and my mom seem to have most of the symtons you talked about. I want to buy for both of us, but she’s diabetic. can I buy any supplement?
I wear sunglasses to prevent wrinkles around my eyes. Its only through my sunglasses habit that bright sunlight is uncomfortable for me. I supplement with Vit A every day, so I am sure I’m not deficient. I have 20/20 vision too so I’m not too worried.
I’m a little confused about the Vit C. Is it true that Vit C counteracts Vit A?
On a side note though, I got the driest mucous membranes and skin and hair ever while I was on Accutane. That is high, not low, dose Vit A.

Thank you. you are like a teacher for me.
@honeyboo44 Yes! You can can Vitamin A in a pill form. You can get 2 types 1) Vitamin A (from animal source) – Good to take, but overdose is possible with straight V-A sups. 2.) Beta Carotene (veggie source) – Your body converts this to V-A when you take it. Cannot take to much Beta Carotene. I had a friend who started taking V-A everyday for a month tell me that her eczema has completely cleared up! It may take this long to see effects, but stick with it and you’ll get lasting results! :)
Can I take vitamins A Pills!!! Like from target, walmart ,ad etc
Excellent. Thanks.
yeah, i agree!
@slyckafin I would say that due to the constant exposure the computer screen has on the “typical nerd’s” eyes, that yes, a deficiency is pretty likely, and V-A should be supplemented, or eaten.
So….stereotypical nerds lack VA?
