If you are referring to the Moertel Study at the Mayo clinic, that study was done in response to a study by Pauling and Cameron but was done wrong. The Moertel study used oral ascorbic acid and suspended use when patients got worse. Before Liposomal C, the cancer killing effect could not be reached with oral doses, only IV sodium ascorbate would kill cancer.
