This is a great vitamin d. I take 3 a day, cuz I need 3,000IUs a day. I am not much for swallowing pills, but I am able to put these in my mouth and them start melting away in a min to mins. They are wonderful for those who can’t swallow pills. Plus they are tiny anyways!!!
