this is a very flawed argument – that something is right because thats just the way it is. evolution is predicated on variation, adaption and change. i have no problem with eating a sustainable amount of meat but dont insult vegetarians unless you have a valid reason for doing so

1. Humans didnt eat food until reptilians messed with us (Eden)
2. Humans lived to 1000 except for accidents until religion promised heaven upon death, thus making them “prepare” for it (but all that really happens is you get another body because youre not supposed to die ever)

I am a vegetarian, but I always say that I lived in the wilderness outside of civilization I would eat animals for survival.
Herzog has spent so much time in the wilderness, as a vegetarian I can forgive him for his sins. Speaking from a personal level – not to claim I have the right to judge or forgive anybody.
Besides, he did send me a signed copy of his latest book ‘Conquest of the Useless’, so Herzog can do whatever he likes in my books.
