What are the regulations regarding adding vitamins or caffeine to smoothies that you are selling at an event?
I am planning on selling smoothies at various events in Florida from my concession stand. A popular chain, smoothie king, in the area gives customers the option of having caffeine or vitamins added to their smoothies for an added effect. Does the state of Florida, or the FDA have any special regulations regarding caffeine or vitamins such as vitamin B or ginseng that would prevent me from doing this without a special permit?
