What fruits and veggies are good for different vitamins?
Would any of you be able to provide a list of all the vitamins with some examples of different fruits and veggies that contain high sources of them?

Like for instance the first part may look like this:

Vitamin A: (fruit), (fruit), (veggie)

I am beginning cross country again and really want to eat healthy while doing it. I know where to get proteins (like in egg and meat) and fiber and stuff like that. I just need help with the vitamins.

Citrus fruits for : Oranges
Lemons
Limes
Tangerines
Peaches
Grapefruits
Grapes
Did I also mention apples? Well… those, too.

Bananas have always been very popular. They are
good for Potassium–and for monkeying around with
your blender to make a smoothie.
(Cherries and Kiwis would be exceptionally good
for a smoothies; but be sure to get rid of all of the
cherries’ pits first. They’re of no nutritional value.)

As for vegetables, wow. Sorry. Too many good ones
there, to list, here. But, I hope that helps.
