What is the best vitamin pill to take for Vegetarians?
I’ve been a vegetarian for about 6 years now and have never really taken anything but lately I’ve been getting really sick and was told it was because I didn’t have enough nutrients in my body. What is the best vitamin pill for me to take?

Don’t take any.

you would be much better to ensure you have a balance of fruit, veggies, nuts, cereals. throw in dairy and eggs if you wish.


I suggest iron tablets.
Im vegetarian myself and meat is the primary source of iron so it may be that your body is lacking in that.
Ive been getting really sick too and I’m taking vitamin C tablets to boost my immune system, so maybe those too.
You can get them from chemists or supermarkets.

Vegan and vegatartians become unhealthy when they do not have a wide variety of healthy food and proteins. studies that proven that vegatarians brains can shrink if they do not have enought vitamin b 12. I am a vegan and I take a B complex every day. I feel that it helps my brain functioning and healthy. I think that your real problem though it probably what you are eating. you really should not need to take anything except a B complex to stay healthy and meat free. try adding more seeds, nuts, beans, and whole grains to your diet.
