When should I drink my amino acid vitamin capsule? Is it before or after work out?
I work on a night shift so I usually work out during the day after my shift, I’m thinking that this is just a supplement vitamin and not actually a vitamin for gym buffs. I just told my doctor that Im working out and I asked for a vitamin and he gave me that.

After the workout. The body is more predisposed to use amino acids for protein synthesis within the first hour after the workout. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein.

Check the label–it should say that you take 1 tablet a day–so it really does not matter what time of the day you take them–I take amino acids once a day because they help kee p your skin smooth…..
amino acids are the building block for the body—and if you got L-Arginine in it, then you help your body tremendously because that amino acid releases HGH–or rather put, it helps the body to get the HGH going….so take it whenever youy think is best – I take it in the mornings…..
